Montage | Femininity

This was a project I made in 2021 for a uni assignment where we had to pick a theme and create a 30 seocnd montage - my theme being femininity. I intended to portray stereotypically feminine actions and items, focusing on the role of domestic housewives and ideas about femininity in general. The overall theme I wanted to express is how women have been trapped in feminine stereotypes and are not truly happy. Therefore I begin my montage with ideal feminine imagery and contrast it with the harsh realities of conforming to such standards.

I mainly used After Effects to edit and put my final cut together in Premier Pro. As for the 2D animation, I used procreate to do this.
